Resumo: This paper offers a critical approach to some of the debates around the regulation of gestational surrogacy drawing in the figure of the reproductive exile and focusing in the case of Spain. For that purpose, I will focus in the biopolitical weight that heterosexual intelligibility frames of kinship, in a general sense, and the gestation-centered of motherhood, in particular, have over the articulation of the norms that establish the limits of the possible in the field of reproductive practices. Departing for this analysis, I will defend the necessity of providing a legislative frame that, from a feminist perspective, grants the rights of all the parties involved in surrogacy processes.

Se explora aquí, además, el peso biopolítico que los modelos heterocentrados de inteligibilidad del parentesco, en general, y el gestocéntrico de la maternidad, en particular, tienen para la articulación de las normas que establecen los límites de lo posible en el campo de las prácticas reproductivas.
