Resumo: Subpopulações de células T com funções helper ou supressora foram isoladas do baço do rato por fraccionamento em gradientes descontínuos de albumina. O estudo in vitro e in vivo da interacção destas populações celulares sugere a existência de um duplo mecanismo de feedback entre as células helper e supressoras.
