Resumo: The increase of fatigue in cancer patients has been correlated with the development of chemotherapy-induced anaemia. There is a lack of information concerning the proportion of Portuguese cancer patients under chemotherapy that develop anaemia and concerning its management. This study aims to evaluate the impact of chemotherapy-induced anaemia and treatment in the quality of life of Portuguese cancer patients. Secondarily, we intend to characterize anaemia treatment options in those patients.
