Uma Nota n?o publicada que se encontra nos Arquivos Melanie Klein, tratando da quest?o da ?rea??o terap?utica negativa?, demonstra que a autora, num certo momento, abordou o tema numa forma diferente daquela que apresentou nas suas publica??es. Assim, enquanto nos seus livros, Klein aborda a ?rea??o terap?utica negativa?, relacionando esta no??o principalmente com a inveja e as defesas erguidas contra o sentimento de inveja, nesta Nota ? apresentada uma perspetiva que se aproxima mais do conceito de ?barreira de contacto?, descrito inicialmente por Sigmund Freud e, mais tarde, desenvolvido por W. R. Bion e, tamb?m, do conceito de ?coura?a caracteriol?gica? descrito por Wilhelm Reich. / A Melanie Klein?s unpublished Note in the Melanie Klein Archives, treating on the question of ?negative therapeutic reaction?, shows that Klein approached the theme, at a certain moment, in a form different from that which she advanced in published works. Thus, while in her books, Klein treats the ?negative therapeutic reaction?, by relating this notion chiefly to envy and the defences raised against the envy feeling, Klein?s perspective in this Note is closer to the concept of ?contact-barrier?, initially described by Sigmund Freud and later developed by W. R. Bion, and also to the notion of ?character armour? described by Wilhelm Reich.
