Resumo: First publication of ROENTGEN - Scientific Journal of Radiological Techniques, with special emphasis on the COVID-19 pandemic theme and its relationship and affectation with Radiological Techniques. As such, in this publication they will be able to consult several scientific articles related to the various technical areas of Radiology, and have access to opinion articles, reading suggestions and interviews with leading personalities of Radiology in Portugal, namely in the areas of public health (Florentino Serranheira), quality (Ana Terezinha Rodrigues), teaching and research (Maria Luísa Nogueira). This is the beginning of a new era, this is the beginning of ROENTGEN - Scientific Journal of Radiological Techniques.
