Resumo: | The Architecture is a consequence of the time progress in a determined space, originating the space-time concept. Firstly, this thesis intended to analyse that concept, considering the specific case of the old building "Complexo Turístico do Luziamar". This building, constructed in the 70's decade, was extensively studied through a long research about its story and its founder architect. With this work, it was intended to answer to the building owner, which looks for new solutions to the space. In this way, it was proposed an Architecture Project about an Hotel-Aparthotel, with particular attention on the rooms and apartments details. This intervention, tried to give another life to this deteriorated construction, without forgetting its story. |
