Resumo: So that Café Joyeux Portugal has an adequate value proposition, it needs to be aware of Café Joyeux France’ strategy and what differentiates competition. This presentation aims at evaluating the strategy of Café Joyeux France, Portugal and the competition in Sao Bento where it is located so that it can define better its strategy. This analysis was done along the marketing mix to end on the segmentation, targeting and positioning of Café Joyeux Portugal. From this analysis, it is clear that Café Joyeux unique concept is able to differentiate them from competition and appeal to their target.
