Trabalho acerca das diferentes condicionantes a ter em conta quando se inicia o ensino de um Cantor e do repertório a atribuir ao mesmo, estas serão fulcrais no processo. A voz é parte integrante física e psicológica de um individuo que tem características próprias: cultura, língua, idade e maturidade. Ao longo do trabalho aludir-se-á a várias características fisiológicas (consciência do aparelho fonador) e vocais do intérprete. A especificidade do timbre, extensão, tessitura e intensidade na classificação do repertório para a mesma. Há um percurso longo a fazer neste campo quase inexplorado. Ensino este que tem sido feito de um modo empírico e subjetivo, descurando os aspetos supracitados. Consciência de todas estas condicionantes e a técnica adequada permitirão o desenvolvimento e a saúde vocal do executante; Abstract: Physiological, interpretative and technical features to bear in mind when selecting a repertoire to a voice. This work is about the different constraints taken into consideration when starting to teach a singer the applied repertoire, these are fundamental in this process. The voice is both a physical and a psychological part of an individual, who has its own unique properties: culture, language, age and maturity. All through this text, several physiologic and vocal features of the singer will be mentioned (awareness of the speech organs). The specificity of tone, extension, texture and intensity while classifying its repertoire. There is a long way to go in this almost unexploited field. Its teaching has been done both empirically and subjectively, disregarding the above mentioned aspects. Being aware of all these conditioning and the adequate technique will enable the development and the vocal health of the singer/performer.
