This report will explore the process of creating a Data Mart from start to finish is explored, as well as the consequent Technical Dashboard development for Ageas Seguros. The Data Mart was designed to offer support, mainly to the company's Pricing and Business Analytics team, where the internship was developed, and occasionally to the Underwriting team. On the other hand, the Technical Dashboard serves a broader purpose, allowing several company departments to easily access and analyze the line of business intended. The benefits and challenges of implementing such a system are discussed, as well as its impact on the company's overall performance. This internship report aims to provide a detailed understanding of all the steps involved in creating and developing both tasks and can serve as a valuable resource for organizations looking to improve their data-driven internal processes and instruments of analysis. The study finds that Business Intelligence solutions such as Data Marts and Technical Dashboards are two essential complementary tools for companies looking to expand their transversal data structures along with their decision-making processes, while staying competitive in today's business environment.
