Resumo: In the present work, supported by the epistemology of Ludwik Fleck, we seek to highlight the styles of thinking in health, as presented by Maeyama and Cutolo (2010), represented in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). This article is supported by works in the health area, which identify styles of thinking in the health-disease process, in order to relate them to the educational process in the development of health topics in Basic Education. In methodological terms, for the appreciation of the referred document, the Content Analysis is added. The cut of the BNCC analyzed comprises the stages of Early Childhood Education and Elementary School. From the styles of thinking proposed in the health literature, studied in this work, it is concluded that the BNCC contemplates the various styles of thinking, with a preponderance of social and integral/socio-environmental conceptions in health educational practice, for the teaching stages analyzed , characterizing possibilities of a STS Education granted by the BNCC.
