Given its importance nowadays, the present study identifies the factors that influence individuals’ use of m-payments. For this, the original structure of the information system success model proposed by DeLone and McLean was expanded to include the moderating effects of habit and enjoyment since, to the best of our knowledge, no research has been carried out in this direction. The model employed incorporates concepts of quality, use, user satisfaction, habit, and enjoyment to investigate the individual performance. SEM-PLS is applied to analyse the model’s relationships with the data of 246 online questionnaires.
