Resumo: The A.A. present a case of solitary fibrous tumour of the pleura in a patient with a 13-weekpregnancy, who presented with breathlessness,cough with mucopurulent sputum and fever.Some considerations are made about differential diagnosis, treatment and the difficulties faced when choosing adequate complementary means of diagnosis in a pregnant patient.
