Resumo: In a constantly evolving professional environment, the innovative technologies such as virtual reality, are taking a prominent place in companies’ willingness to modify their work and collaborative processes. Through the emergence of head-mounted display, we observe a democratization of this technology as well as an attraction to the advantages and benefits of its use. Nevertheless, the immersive and collaborative systems (CAVE, Powerwall, etc.) remain inaccessible for many companies due to different structural factors and a high implementation cost. With the sharing economy development being able to meet the companies’ new consumption patterns in a professional context, a new service can be launched allowing nonequipped companies to access this cutting-edge technology and the platforms users’ expertise through the immersive and collaborative solutions rental already present within the companies. A market study was conducted through semi-structured interviews as well as primary and secondary data analysis in order to determine the market potential and the needs of virtual reality equipment owners and potential users. At the market demand, RentinVR would provide the answer to this problematic in the form of an internet platform linking owners and potential users and allowing the rental process to be carried out there. To convince about the coherence, the viability and the strategy of this project, it is important to establish a precise plan outlined in this Business Plan.
