Resumo: The desire to understand the process of construction of projectual hypotheses to a location where the exhibition is outdoors (where the container itself is the surrounding landscape and to observe the object contained) the role of the architect, served as the theme for this dissertation. For a better understanding of that process for cases with so unique characteristics, the choice should be the selection of projects already undertaken. The elected case studies are Museum of Art and Archaeology of the Coa Valley (Portugal) and the Archaeological Lecture Siega Verde (Spain). The decision of the Portuguese Government (1996) by the choice of treatment in the territory of the Coa in cultural perspective, from an Integrated Development Plan goes beyond the scale of intervention of cases of study and now covers a reading of the construction of projectual hypotheses in a territorial scale. Objective is to understand how to process a development plan based on the cultural dimension of this size and in the end, supported from the base of the construction of projectual hypotheses and appreciation through the selection and launch of certain elements, launch in a general and abstract way a possible project hypothesis.
