Resumo: This project is for Martinhal Residences, a residential concept at Parque das Nações. The brand has listed affluent Brazilian families as one priority target. This Thesis a imsto explore the interest of that community towards: Portugal as a country of residence; Parque das Nações as a place to live; and Martinhal Residences. Main insights are that two variables determine the decision of affluentBrazilianswhenchoosingaresidenceinPortugal:kids’schoollocationandwillingnessto replicate,ornot,thelifetheyhadinBrazil.FoursegmentsofaffluentBrazilianpeopleweredrawn. Distinct recommendations were made considering the perceived potential of each segment.
