Move-me is alocation-based service system deployed for mobile markets in Lisbon and Porto that adds value to the transport network, allowing users to query for departing buses, creating routes through the network and recieving stops close to the user or any other geographical position. This system, however, asks for network operator involvement without any substancial benefit for the operator, suffers from only having a mobile application as unique entry point, and is hoarding data that, if analysed, could result in important metrics to increase the transport network's efficiency, resulting in user satisfaction. This document details the development of tools that would effectively evolve the Move-Me service to a multiple-access tool with a mobile application and a desktop (or large-screen-device) web application, which would integrate with a data integrator that allows access from network operators to Move-Me's services and a Pattern Recognition system that detailed the movement of network users through the city, isolating recurrent patterns and suggesting improvements to the network.
