Resumo: This master thesis revolves around the economic viability of rooftop solar PV installations in Sydney, Australia. In order to achieve this goal, various scenarios such as different numbers of solar panels and different forms of financing are being considered. The analysis yields different financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback Period and LCOE), with which the most suitable solar PV installation is identified. In order to derive those metrics, a standard cash flow driven project finance model is applied
