Resumo: Operators of gasoline brush cutters perform their activities in a hostile environment that almost always leads to different types of musculoskeletal disorders. The present study aimed to investigate possible incidences of pain / discomfort in the activity of a gasoline brush cutter operator. For the evidence of probable complaints the Nordic questionnaire was applied and the monitoring of the grass cutting activity was carried out through 3D movement tracking technology. It was possible to conclude that there is a causal relationship between complaints of discomfort, reported by the individual, and the data found by the tracking technology.

O presente estudo teve como objetivo investigar sobre possíveis incidências de dor/desconforto na atividade de um operador de roçadeira lateral motorizada. Para a evidenciação de prováveis queixas aplicou-se o questionário nórdico e subsequentemente realizou-se o monitoramento da atividade de roçagem através da tecnologia de rastreamento de movimentos 3D.
