Resumo: The growth of electronic commerce as the economic basis of the information society efforts required the adaptation of the legal framework in order to ensure an environment of confidence. Intellectual property rights are among the most valuable rights in the digital economy brought about by the new electronic interactive media, in particular the Internet.
