Resumo: CONTEXT: There are great difficulties in the context of global society in terms of employment opportunities in the field of gender and immigration. Globalization has substantially increased the mobility of labor forces in the world, which does not mean that the quality of job offers increases in the same proportion. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study is to understand the conditions of the workers most vulnerable to precarious processes and to analyze who these workers are, identifying the groups and the reasons that make them more vulnerable, thus aiming, in the end, to identify possibilities of action to minimize this vulnerability. METHOD: As a research methodology, the exploratory qualitative approach was adopted based on the description of the characteristics of a given phenomenon from a bibliographic review. RELEVANCE/ORIGINALITY: This study intends to demonstrate to the academic community the gap still prevailing in our country of studies on the gradual precariousness of workers' activities from the advancement of the globalization process, mainly the precariousness of work in the context of women in the context of global society and the vulnerability of male and female migrant workers. RESULTS: From the data identified, it is identified that with the advancement of neoliberal policies through new technologies, there are professions more susceptible to precarious work that, by their very nature, do not feel the force of the break with the labor contract, as they were professions always precarious, with nonexistent or very weak legislative supports. An overload is identified on the worker, however women are more vulnerable to precarious processes, since women are still expected to bear most of the burden of maintaining the home, children and family life. in general, within this social structure. Subject to extreme insecurity, black women, black men, male and female migrant workers, due to their characteristics that make them more vulnerable in society, are also more susceptible to precarious relationships. THEORETICAL/METHODOLOGICAL CONTRIBUTIONS: The globalization processes favored exclusionary capitalism, disregarding individuals, which causes an inversion of values in social regulation. The strengthening of human rights and the recognition of social rights is essential in the process of rethinking and rebuilding work, adopting, for this purpose, a transnational approach that favors the adoption of measures to protect the rights of minorities, not only in the field of work. , as referring to public policies, health, education and social security. CONTRIBUTIONS: This study aims to provide an understanding of the challenges posed by the implementation of a Reflective Global Labor Law and the role of the ILO in promoting Human Rights and combating social inequalities.
