Resumo: The aim of the text is to show an articulation between the action research methodology developed by Michel Thiollent and the intersectionality method (s), which was coined by Kimberlé Crenshaw. For this, the problem of modern sciences is articulated as neutral sciences and how action research overcomes the problems left by them enabling a qualitative leap and better suited to the applied social sciences. Then, we proceed to the conceptualization and articulation of the key concepts to finally demonstrate the articulation between action research and intersectionality (s) in practice by Federal Universities. The methodology used is the critical methodological.

Para isso, articula-se a problemática das ciências modernas como ciências neutras e como a pesquisa-ação supera os problemas deixados por aquelas possibilitando um salto qualitativo e melhor adequado às ciências sociais aplicadas.
