Resumo: The social indicators that consider gender, race, class and generation factors as analysis categories in Brazil statistically demarcate the precariousness of the life of poor black women and mothers in this country. In this sense, this work analyzes the works Diário de Bitita e Quarto de despejo: diário de uma favelada, by Carolina Maria de Jesus (1986; 2006), seeking to relate them to the social problems that revolve around the burden of motherhood, from an intersectional approach, which encompasses the reality of black women, mothers, poor and peripheral women in the face of the ineffectiveness of fundamental rights. For this, the research is based on a qualitative study of a bibliographical nature, based on an interpretative analysis of the works establishing approximations with the field of law, in which we sought to study the works drawing parallels with the bibliographic review and demographic data. related to the particularities of black women. With the analyzes and discussions, it is inferred that the exercise of motherhood in a racist, classist and patriarchal society, combined with the lack of public policies, presents itself as a challenge for the full exercise of citizenship of mothers and their children. omission deprives them of access to fundamental rights.

En ese sentido, este trabajo analiza las obras Diário de Bitita e Quarto de despejo: diário de uma favelada, de Carolina Maria de Jesus (1986; 2006), buscando relacionarlas con los problemas sociales que giran en torno a la carga  de  la  maternidad,  desde  un enfoque interseccional, que abarque la realidad de las mujeres negras, madres, pobres y periféricas frente a la ineficacia de los derechos fundamentales. Para ello, la investigación parte de un estudio cualitativo de carácter bibliográfico, a partir de un análisis interpretativo de las obras estableciendo aproximaciones con el campo del derecho, en el que se buscó estudiar las obras trazando paralelismos con la revisión bibliográfica y datos demográficos. relacionado con las particularidades de las mujeres negras. Con los análisis y discusiones se infiere que el ejercicio de la maternidad en una sociedad racista, clasista y patriarcal, aunado a la falta de políticas públicas, se presenta como un desafío para el pleno ejercicio de la ciudadanía de las mujeres madres y sus hijos, ya que La omisión estatal les priva del acceso a los derechos fundamentales.      Os indicadores sociais que consideram como categorias de análises os fatores de gênero, raça, classe e geração no Brasil demarcam estatisticamente a precarização da vida das mulheres negras, pobres e mães neste país. Nesse sentido, este trabalho analisa as obras Diário de Bitita e Quarto de despejo: diário de uma favelada, de autoria de Carolina Maria de Jesus (1986; 2006), buscando relacioná-las com as problemáticas sociais que giram em torno do ônus da maternidade, a partir de uma abordagem interseccional, que engloba a realidade das mulheres negras, mães, pobres e periféricas frente à ineficácia dos direitos fundamentais. Para tanto, a investigação parte de um estudo qualitativo de natureza bibliográfica, a partir de uma análise interpretiva das obras estabelecendo aproximações com o campo do Direito, na qual se buscou estudar as obras traçando paralelo com a revisão de literatura e dados demográficos relativos às particularidades das mulheres negras.
