Resumo: Using the description of the literary reader provided by the Argentine novelist and literary criticist Ricardo Piglia in his work El ultimo Lector, this paper, written as an essay, seeks to identify what is the profile of the reader of legal texts, verifying if such characteristics resemble to those of the "piglian" reader.
