Resumo: This article proposes a reading of the development of studies in Law and Literature in Argentina. For that, are approached: the emergence of the critical theory and its relation to epistemology; The idea of interdisciplinarity and illusion in the legal field, developed from the Law and Literature movement; The role of critical theory of law in the Argentine democratic transition. By the end, some conclusions about the relevance of Law and Literature studies in Argentina arte formulated.

Para ello aborda el nacimiento de la Teoría Crítica en su relación con la Epistemología, examina las ideas de interdisciplinariedad e “ilusión de lo jurídico”, desarrolladas a partir del movimiento Derecho y Literatura, y aborda la relevancia de la Teoría Crítica de Derecho en la transición democrática argentina. Para terminar, propone algunas conclusiones sobre la importancia de los estudios de Derecho y Literatura en Argentina.Este artigo propõe uma leitura do desenvolvimento dos estudos em Direito e Literatura na Argentina. Para tanto, são abordados: o surgimento da teoria crítica e sua relação com a epistemologia; a ideia de interdisciplinaridade e de ilusão no campo jurídico, desenvolvidas a partir do movimento Direito e Literatura; o papel da teoria crítica do direito na transição democrática argentina.
