The chacinas in São Paulo: from historicity to the chacina of Torcida Pavilhão 9

Resumo: This paper presents an analysis of the chacinas (slaughters) and how they fit into the dynamic of conflicts in the city of São Paulo and its Metropolitan Region, in Brazil. To this end, we seek to understand the historicity, the modi operandi, the victimization and the executing agents of this form of conflict, including the period between 1980 and 2018. In addition to tracing this historicity and, as a way of understanding more deeply the interrelationships that operate a slaughter, we also develop an analysis of a specific slaughter, the Chacina of the Torcida Organizada (organised supporters) called Pavilhão 9 (which in its name honors the Pavilion 9 lightning of Carandiru prison, stage of a massacre in 1992), occurred on the torcida’s court in April 18th, 2015. The slaughter against this torcida organizada victimized 8 fans and was carried out by military policemen and a former military policeman, of which the former policeman was taken to popular jury, being sentenced to one hundred and forty-nine years in prison. This article is outlined amongst what was this slaughter and how it was built interrelated with the historicity of the slaughters in São Paulo and its Metropolitan Region, its similarities and dissimilarities.

Para tanto, nos atentamos a entender a historicidade dessa forma de conflitualidade, os modus operandi, a vitimização e os agentes executores, compreendendo o período entre 1980 e 2018. Além de traçarmos essa historicidade e, como forma de compreendermos de modo mais aprofundado as inter-relações que operam uma chacina, nos debruçamos, também, na análise de uma chacina específica, a Chacina da Torcida Pavilhão 9 (que em seu nome homenageia o raio Pavilhão 9 do Carandiru, palco de um massacre em 1992), ocorrida em 18 de abril de 2015, na quadra dessa torcida organizada do Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. A chacina contra essa torcida organizada vitimou 8 torcedores e foi efetuada por policiais militares e um ex policial militar, sendo que, o referido ex policial foi levado à júri popular, sendo condenado a cento e quarenta e nove anos de prisão.
