Contributions from the historical and dialectical materialism to reflect on the teaching valorization and extra-class activity of the Irati-PR microregion

Resumo: | The general objective of this article was to articulate discussions during the discipline “Introduction to the Historical and Dialectical Materialism” organized by the Graduate Program in Education of the Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, in the first half of 2021, with aspects related to the research developed in the Master’s level. The specific objectives were: to discuss the fundamentals of the method of the Historical-Dialectical Materialism, to discuss on issues related to the “work” category and present data related to the effectiveness of the extra-class activity in the microregion of Irati, Paraná (PR), Brazil. A bibliographic investigation was carried out based on texts studied in the classes, and the data obtained for broader research on the fulfillment of the extra-class activity of the Irati-PR microregion, collected through semi-structured interviews, were analyzed. Through the theoretical discussions and data obtained, it was concluded: a) historical-dialectical materialism is a method developed by Marx and its application does not occur through rules to be followed; b) the use of dialectical-historical materialism requires a researcher’s attitude and knowledge of the Marxian theory and method; c) the discussion of the content category “work” is of fundamental importance, considering that it is the founding category of the social being; d) the realities studied do not provide appropriate teaching conditions, as regards compliance with the extra-class activity as set out in legislation. Teacher valorization.El objetivo general de este artículo fue de articular discusiones realizadas durante la asignatura “Introducción al Materialismo Histórico y Dialéctico”, organizado por el Programa de Postgrado en Educación de la Universidad Estadual de Ponta Grossa, en el primer semestre de 2021, con aspectos relacionados con la investigación desarrollada a nivel de Maestría. Los objetivos específicos fueron: discutir los fundamentos del método materialista histórico-dialéctico, discutir cuestiones relacionadas con la categoría “trabajo” y presentar datos relacionados con la efectividad de la actividad de la hora-actividad en la microrregión de Irati, Paraná (PR), Brasil. Se realizó una investigación bibliográfica, con base en los textos estudiados en las clases, y los datos obtenidos para una investigación más amplia sobre el cumplimiento de la hora-actividad de la microrregión Irati-PR, recolectados por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas, fueron analizados. Mediante las discusiones teóricas y los datos obtenidos, se concluyó: a) el materialismo histórico-dialéctico es un método desarrollado por Marx y su aplicación no ocurre por medio de reglas a ser seguidas; b) la utilización del materialismo histórico-dialéctico requiere una postura del investigador y un conocimiento de la teoría y el método marxistas; c) la discusión de la categoría de contenido “trabajo” es de fundamental importancia, considerando que es la categoría fundante del ser social; d) las realidades estudiadas no ofrecen condiciones de trabajo docente adecuadas, en lo que se refiere al cumplimiento de la hora-actividad, conforme estabelecido en legislación. Os objetivos específicos foram: discutir os fundamentos do método materialista histórico-dialético, discorrer sobre questões relacionadas à categoria “trabalho” e apresentar dados relacionados à efetivação da hora-atividade na microrregião de Irati, Paraná (PR). Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com base nos textos estudados nas aulas, e os dados obtidos para pesquisa mais ampla sobre o cumprimento de hora atividade da microrregião de Irati-PR, coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, foram analisados. Mediante as discussões teóricas e os dados obtidos, concluiu-se: a) o materialismo histórico-dialético é um método desenvolvido por Marx e sua aplicação não ocorre por meio de regras a serem seguidas; b) a utilização do materialismo histórico-dialético requer uma postura do pesquisador e um conhecimento da teoria e do método marxiano; c) a discussão da categoria de conteúdo “trabalho” é de fundamental importância, considerando que é a categoria fundante do ser social; d) as realidades estudadas não oferecem condições de trabalho docente adequadas, no que se refere ao cumprimento da hora-atividade, conforme estabelecido em legislação.
