Resumo: | Energy saving has become an important part worldwide, requiring professionals to carry out buildings whose main objectives point to sustainable development, linking the environmental issue with the economic one. For this analysis, it is necessary to evaluate the houses, estimating their main energy carriers, the economic factor and finding the possible installations of efficient technologies that lead to energy savings. The present project is based on the analysis and study of the facilities of a house to know the energy consumption of the different carriers that are within it by gathering information on the energy carriers such as water, electricity and gas. In this way, the indicators to be improved are presented and the design of a system that relieves them through the use of renewable energies (Wind, Solar) is carried out, then the modeling of the resources is carried out and then it is verified if it can benefit from Regulation No. ARCONEL 03/18 of self-consumption, being able to estimate the investment costs and promoting the rational use of energy through the recommendation of good practices that allow energy savings and efficiency within the home, establishing a path towards sustainable development. |

Para dicho análisis se requiere evaluar las viviendas estimando sus principales portadores energéticos, el factor económico y encontrar las posibles instalaciones de tecnologías eficientes que nos conlleven a un ahorro energético. El presente proyecto se basa en el análisis y estudio de las instalaciones de una vivienda para conocer el consumo energético de los diferentes portadores que se encuentran dentro de ella mediante el levantamiento de información de los portadores de energía como el agua, la electricidad y el gas de esta forma se presentan los indicadores a mejorar y se realiza el diseño de un sistema que los alivie mediante el uso de las energías renovables (Eólica, Solar), luego se realiza el modelamiento de los recursos y después se verifica si este puede acogerse a la Regulación Nro. ARCONEL 03/18 de autoconsumo lográndose estimar los costos de inversión e impulsando al uso racional de la energía mediante la recomendación de buenas prácticas que permitan el ahorro y la eficiencia energética dentro de la vivienda estableciéndose un camino hacia el desarrollo sostenible.A economia de energia tornou-se uma parte importante em todo o mundo, exigindo dos profissionais a realização de construções cujos principais objetivos apontam para o desenvolvimento sustentável, relacionando a questão ambiental com a econômica. Para esta análise, é necessário avaliar as casas, estimando seus principais portadores de energia, o fator econômico e encontrando as possíveis instalações de tecnologias eficientes que levem à economia de energia.
