Resumo: | The general purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between e-government services and user satisfaction in a district municipality, San Martín, 2021. Regarding the methodological aspect, it is of a basic type and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 145 users from a district municipality, the sampling was probabilistic, whose applied instrument was the questionnaire. General results: The level of e-government services is 75% average because users do not have updated data, which affects the correct completion of requests and procedures, which are not properly registered and programmed. The level of user satisfaction in a district municipality, San Martín, is 77% average. The relationship between the dimensions of e-government services and user satisfaction in a district municipality, San Martín, is significant, with a bilateral significance of 0.000 and a level of Spearman's Rho determining coefficient of 0.597; 0.351; 0.457 and 0.509. Conclusion: e-government services and user satisfaction have a significant relationship, given that the obtained bilateral significance of .000 and a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 701. |

Con respecto al aspecto metodológico es de tipo básica y diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 145 usuarios de una municipalidad distrital, el muestreo fue probabilístico, cuyo instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario. Resultados generales: El nivel de los servicios e-gobierno es medio en un 75% porque los usuarios no cuentan con datos actualizados, el cual afecta la correcta realización de las solicitudes y trámites, los mismos que no son registrados y programados apropiadamente. El nivel de la satisfacción del usuario en una municipalidad distrital, San Martín es medio en un 77%. La relación entre las dimensiones de los servicios de e-gobierno y la satisfacción del usuario en una municipalidad distrital, San Martín es significativo, con una significancia bilateral de 0,000 y un nivel de coeficiente determinante de Rho de Spearman de 0,597; 0,351; 0,457 y 0,509. Conclusión: Los servicios de e-gobierno y la satisfacción del usuario tienen relación significativa, visto que significancia bilateral obtenida de ,000 y un coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman ,701.O objetivo geral do estudo é determinar a relação entre os serviços de governo eletrônico e a satisfação do usuário em um município do distrito de San Martín, 2021. Quanto ao aspecto metodológico, é de desenho básico e não experimental. A amostra foi composta por 145 usuários de um município distrital, a amostragem foi probabilística, cujo instrumento aplicado foi o questionário. Resultados gerais: O nível de serviços de governo eletrônico é médio em 75% porque os usuários não possuem dados atualizados, o que afeta a execução correta de solicitações e procedimentos, que não são registrados e programados adequadamente. O nível de satisfação do usuário em um município do distrito, San Martín, é médio em 77%. A relação entre as dimensões dos serviços de governo eletrônico e a satisfação do usuário em um município distrital, San Martín, é significativa, com significância bilateral de 0,000 e nível de coeficiente determinante do Rho de Spearman de 0,597; 0,351; 0,457 e 0,509.
