Nursing care in psychological aspects in mothers with diabetes

Resumo: One of the experiences that is achieved through the research carried out is not only to verify that emotional aspects affect mothers in their gestation stage, but also to find a way to plan an adequate care plan for the mother, verifying that the psychological aspect and general care can be on a par so that there are no future complications. The research presents a qualitative approach, with an exploratory scope in which pregnant patients with gestational diabetes underwent an individualized interview according to their emotional aspect with a duration of approximately 30 min. In conclusion, according to the results obtained in the interview, it was possible to find some negative answers both in the personal, family and social spheres, despite the negative answers obtained, others were completely encouraging since they were completely positive.

La investigación presenta un enfoque cualitativo, con un alcance exploratorio en el cual pacientes embarazadas con diabetes gestacional se les realizo una entrevista individualizada de acuerdo a su aspecto emocional con una duración de aproximadamente 30 min. Como conclusión, según resultados obtenidos en la entrevista se logró encontrar algunas respuestas negativas tanto en el ámbito personal, familiar y social, a pesar de las respuestas negativas obtenidas, otras fueron completamente alentadoras ya que fueron completamente positivas.Uma das experiências alcançadas através da pesquisa realizada é não só verificar se os aspectos emocionais afetam as mães em sua fase gestacional, mas também encontrar uma forma de planejar um plano de cuidados adequado para a mãe, verificando que o aspecto psicológico e geral os cuidados podem estar a par para que não haja complicações futuras. A pesquisa apresenta abordagem qualitativa, com escopo exploratório em que gestantes com diabetes gestacional foram submetidas a uma entrevista individualizada de acordo com seu aspecto emocional com duração aproximada de 30 min.
