Resumo: | The objective of this research was to determine the influence of sales strategies on the liquidity of the company Denim Art. S.A. Lima 2020. Likewise, the methodology was of a basic type, non-experimental design - descriptive cross-sectional and quantitative approach; Consequently, the population consisted of 14 collaborators; therefore, the sample was made up of the general manager of the company Denim Art. S.A.; while the technique that was used was interview through the interview guide instrument. On the other hand, in the results it was obtained that the general manager of the company Denim Art. S.A. He opined that customer loyalty is regular due to the lack of brands, likewise the staff does not carry out training focused on sales or on attracting customers and finally the company Denim Art. S.A. did not use digital platforms due to the absence or delay in virtual programs. Regarding liquidity, the company does not present a high performance in the asset account due to the absence of materials and stock of the products. It was concluded that there is a correlation between the variables of 0.679, a significance of 0.000, therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted. |

S.A. Lima 2020. Asimismo, la metodología fue de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental – transversal descriptiva y de enfoque cuantitativo; por consiguiente, la población estaba conformada por 14 colaboradores; por ende, la muestra estuvo conformada por el gerente general de la empresa Denim Art. S.A.; mientras la técnica que se empleó fue entrevista por medio del instrumento guía de entrevista. Por otro lado, en los resultados se obtuvo que el gerente general de la empresa Denim Art. S.A. opinó que la fidelización de los clientes es regular por la falta de marcas, asimismo el personal no realiza capacitaciones enfocadas a las ventas o en la captación de los clientes y por último, la empresa Denim Art. S.A. no empleó las plataformas digitales por la ausencia o demora en los programas virtuales. En cuanto a la liquidez la empresa no presenta un alto desempeño en la cuenta de activos por la ausencia de materiales y stock de los productos. Se concluyó que existe una correlación entre las variables de 0.679, una significancia de 0.000, por ende, se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a influência das estratégias de vendas na liquidez da empresa Denim Art. S.A. Lima 2020. Da mesma forma, a metodologia foi de tipo básico, com desenho não experimental - descritivo transversal e com abordagem quantitativa; portanto, a população foi composta por 14 colaboradores; portanto, a amostra foi composta pelo gerente geral da empresa Denim Art. S.A.; enquanto a técnica utilizada foi a entrevista por meio do instrumento roteiro de entrevista. Por outro lado, nos resultados obteve-se que o gerente geral da empresa Denim Art. S.A. acredita que a fidelização de clientes é regular devido à falta de marcas, da mesma forma o staff não realiza formação focada em vendas ou captação de clientes e por último, a empresa Denim Art. S.A. não utilizaram plataformas digitais devido à ausência ou atraso nos programas virtuais. Em termos de liquidez, a empresa não apresenta um alto desempenho na conta do ativo devido à ausência de materiais e estoque de produtos.
