Resumo: | Introduction. The working conditions in which nurses are exposed in the intensive care unit is considered as a high risk of effort towards each professional, whether physical, mental, psychological, economic depending on the different conditions, environment, environment in which work intra and extra-labor, Objective. To analyze the different working conditions of nursing staff in the intensive care unit. Methodology. A study was proposed with a quantitative approach of a descriptive nature, for the collection of information of the present investigation, a survey was used individually to the nurses of the General Hospital Ambato IESS, and as an instrument the evaluation of working conditions was applied. of nursing staff in highly complex services, the same that was applied to 50 nurses of the service. Result. It was observed that the working conditions presented by the nursing staff in the ICU are overloaded and with insufficient remuneration, since this mainly harms the state of physical, mental, emotional and psychological health, causing the decrease in personnel in the entire service. this causing increased stress and work overload, and thus contracting serious diseases in the short or long term. Conclusión. The working conditions of the nursing staff in the ICU There is a high percentage of stress, overload and illness in the nursing staff that is in the intensive care unit, so it is of vital importance that the health personnel carry out their work limited to their capacity. |

Las condiciones de trabajo en la que están expuestos las enfermeras en la unidad de cuidados intensivos se considera como un alto riesgo de esfuerzo hacia cada profesional ya sea física, metal, psicológica, económica dependiendo de las diferentes condiciones, ambiente, entorno en que trabajen intra y extra-laborales, Objetivo. Analizar las diferentes condiciones de trabajo del personal de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos. Metodología. Se planteó un estudio con un enfoque cuantitativo de carácter descriptivo, para la recolección de información de la presente investigación se utilizó una encuesta de forma individual a las enfermeras del Hospital General Ambato IESS, y como instrumento se aplicó la evaluación de condiciones de trabajo del personal de enfermería en servicios de alta complejidad, la misma que se aplicó a 50 enfermeras del servicio. Resultado. Se observó que las condiciones de trabajo que presentan el personal de enfermería en UCI son sobrecargadas y con remuneración insuficiente, puesto que eso perjudica principalmente al estado de salud física, mental, emocional y psicológico, provocando a la disminución del personal en el servicio todo ello causando aumento de estrés y sobrecarga de trabajo, y así contraer enfermedades graves a corto o largo plazo. Conclusión. Las condiciones de trabajo del personal de enfermería en UCI Existe un alto porcentaje de estrés, sobrecarga y enfermedades en el personal de enfermería que se encuentra en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, por lo que es de vital importancia que el personal de salud realice su trabajo limitando a su capacidad.Introdução. As condições de trabalho em que os enfermeiros estão expostos na unidade de terapia intensiva são consideradas de alto risco de esforço para cada profissional, seja físico, mental, psicológico, econômico dependendo das diferentes condições, ambiente, ambiente em que trabalha intra e extra -trabalho, Objetivo. Analisar as diferentes condições de trabalho da equipe de enfermagem na unidade de terapia intensiva. Metodología. Foi proposto um estudo com abordagem quantitativa de natureza descritiva, para a coleta de informações da presente investigação, foi utilizado um questionário individualmente aos enfermeiros do Hospital Geral Ambato IESS, e como instrumento a avaliação das condições de trabalho foi da equipe de enfermagem em serviços de alta complexidade, o mesmo que foi aplicado a 50 enfermeiros do serviço. Resultado. Observou-se que as condições de trabalho apresentadas pela equipe de enfermagem na UTI estão sobrecarregadas e com remuneração insuficiente, pois isso prejudica principalmente o estado de saúde física, mental, emocional e psicológica, ocasionando a diminuição de pessoal em todo o serviço. isso ocasionando aumento do estresse e sobrecarga de trabalho e, assim, contraindo doenças graves a curto ou longo prazo. Conclusão.
