Summary: This study analyzed the impact that the education and technological intensity have on the wages of formal workers in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. For this purpose, a salary equation based on Brazilian Social Information Annual List (2017) was estimated. The results indicated that medium-high and high technological intensity promote higher labor yields than lower technological intensities and the service sector. Wage differences were still identified for women, blacks and browns.

Para isso, foi estimado uma equação de Mincer de rendimentos com base na RAIS (2017). Os resultados indicaram que a média-alta e alta intensidade tecnológica promovem rendimentos do trabalho maior do que mais baixas intensidades tecnológicas e o setor de serviço.
