Resumo: Prosthetic graft infection is a serious complication of abdominal aorta surgery. Its removal is always indicated because it prevents potential significant complications, but reconstruction is a technical challenge. The authors present a case of an in situ reconstruction with corrugated bovine pericardial tubular graft.
