Resumo: | The article aims to find alternatives for the financial viability of the Mata do Uru Private Natural Heritage Reserve, as financial and human capital investments are required to meet its biodiversity conservation objectives, which are not always available to those responsible for its management. Ecotourism emerges as a potential and reference, mainly because RPPN Mata do Uru is located in Lapa, Paraná, a relevant tourist hub, with established itineraries and implemented infrastructure, as well as the forecast of the activity in public use in its management plan. Thus, the organizational structure of the public use plan constructed and proposed in the scope of this article is consolidated as a guiding instrument for the future process of insertion of the RPPN in this field, with the possibility of replicating it in different contexts of RPPN management. Involving stages of a bibliographic, documentary and field research, the RPPN served as a case study. The collected data were systematized using the technique of data triangulation and content analysis. |
