An analysis of the Brazilian academic production on the Supervised Curricular Internship of the Mathematics Degree courses

Resumo: This article presents the results of a mapping of Brazilian academic research, produced/defended in the last seven years in stricto sensu graduate programs in the areas of Education and Teaching at Capes, and whose focus is the Supervised Curricular Internship in the courses Degree in Mathematics. It seeks to answer the question: “What themes emerge in Brazilian dissertations and theses – in the period from 2013 to 2019 – about the Supervised Curricular Internship in Mathematics Degree courses?” To carry out the survey of the works, the Bank of Capes’ Theses and Dissertations was used. The organization model proposed in the studies by Fiorentini (2002) – from the formation of thematic focuses and subfocuses arising from the reading of the works – was used to identify the themes of the 45 selected researches. The results indicate a greater interest of researchers in studies on the future teacher of Mathematics, especially the knowledge and skills of undergraduate students and teaching professional learning; an increase in research related to the topic, especially doctoral theses; and the need to rethink the internship in the formation of mathematics teachers, in order to link the knowledge acquired at the university to the mathematical contents taught at school.

Este artículo presenta los resultados de un mapeo de la investigación académica brasileña, producido/defendido en los últimos siete años en los programas de posgrado stricto sensu en las áreas de Educación y Docencia en Capes, y cuyo enfoque es la Práctica Curricular Supervisada en los cursos de Licenciatura en Matemáticas. Busca responder a la pregunta: “¿Qué temas surgen en las disertaciones y tesis brasileñas – en el período de 2013 a 2019 – sobre las Prácticas Curriculares Supervisadas en los cursos de Licenciatura en Matemáticas?” Para la realización del relevamiento de los trabajos se utilizó el Banco de Tesis y Disertaciones de Capes. El modelo de organización propuesto en los estudios de Fiorentini (2002) – a partir de la formación de focos y suben foques temáticos derivados de la lectura de las obras – se utilizó para identificar los temas de las 45 investigaciones seleccionadas. Los resultados indican un mayor interés de los investigadores por los estudios sobre el futuro docente de Matemáticas, especialmente los conocimientos y habilidades de los estudiantes de pregrado y la enseñar aprendizaje profesional; un aumento de la investigación relacionada con el tema, especialmente las tesis doctorales; y la necesidad de repensar la pasantía en la formación de profesores de matemáticas, con el fin de vincular los conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad a los contenidos matemáticos impartidos en la escuela. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de um mapeamento de pesquisas acadêmicas brasileiras, produzidas/defendidas nos últimos sete anos, em programas de pós-graduação stricto sensu nas áreas de Educação e Ensino da Capes, e que têm como foco o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado nos cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática. Busca-se responder à questão: “Quais temáticas emergem nas dissertações e teses brasileiras – no período de 2013 a 2019 – sobre o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado nos cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática?” Para realizar o levantamento dos trabalhos, recorreu-se ao Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Capes. Utilizou-se o modelo de organização proposto nos estudos de Fiorentini (2002) – a partir da formação de focos e subfocos temáticos advindos da leitura dos trabalhos – para identificar as temáticas das 45 pesquisas selecionadas. Os resultados indicam um maior interesse dos pesquisadores em estudos sobre o futuro professor de Matemática, especialmente os saberes e competências dos licenciandos e a aprendizagem da docência; um aumento das pesquisas relacionadas ao tema, sobretudo de teses de doutorado; e a necessidade repensar o estágio na formação de professores de Matemática, no sentido de articular os conhecimentos adquiridos na universidade aos conteúdos matemáticos ensinados na escola.
