Resumo: | <p><b>OBJECTIVE:</b> To perform a systematic review of studies published in the last five years, about postural control and balance deficits in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).<br> <b>METHODS:</b> The systematic literature review was performed by searching in indexed databases, with Parkinson's disease, balance, postural control, physiotherapy descriptors, and qualification Articles by Jadad Quality Scale. That scale study is considered poor if you get a score of 2 or less after evaluation.<br> <b>RESULTS:</b> Six studies obtained value three, two obtained value four, eight total that could be considered good and reproducible.<br> <b>CONCLUSION:</b> The use of the UPDRS and HY scales were frequently used as evaluation method in selected studies. Regarding interventions, exercises and functional training had good results. Interventions provided a good qualification studies because their methodological designs, as well as description of them.</p> |
