Estudo fitoquímico de Rauia sp e atividades sobre formigas cortadeiras e sobre a lagarta-do-cartucho do milho

Resumo: The control of agriculture plague is relevant to Brazil that has large crop area. The control, by natural product, generally low toxic to humans and to animals and specific to target plague, is recommended. This work presents the phytochemical and insecticide assays carried out with organic extracts of leaves and stems of Rauia sp. Among the tested extracts, the stem extracts were more active on leaf cutter ants (Atta sexdens rubropilosa) and the extracts of leaves were more active against fall armyworm (Spodopera frugiperda). The study of dichloromethane extracts of the stem led to the identification of active substances: sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, clovane-2β,9α-diol, apigenin 6-C-neohesperidosyl-8-Cglucopyranoside, apigenin 6-C-glucopyranosyl-8-C-neohesperidoside, 2 -Orhamnosyl- vitexin, 2 -O-rhamnosyl-isovitexin, vitexin, isovitexin, apigenin 6-C-β- D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-(2 -O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside), apigenin 6-C-(2 -O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-glucopyranosyl)-8-C-β-Dglucopyranoside, vicenin-2, schaftoside, neoschaftoside, isoschaftoside e neoisoschaftoside. The sesquiterpene clovane-2β,9α-diol and glycosides flavonoids were been reported for the first time in the genus Rauia.

Este controle, realizado por produtos naturais, geralmente menos toxicos ao ser humano e animais e especifico a determinada praga, e altamente recomendado. Este trabalho apresenta o estudo fitoquimico e os ensaios inseticidas realizados com os extratos organicos de folhas e caule de Rauia sp. Dentre os extratos ensaiados os do caule foram mais ativos sobre formigas cortadeiras (Atta sexdens rubropilosa) e os extratos das folhas foram mais ativos sobre a lagarta do cartucho-do-milho (Spodoptera frugiperda). O estudo quimico do extrato diclorometano do caule levou a identificacao das substancias: sitosterol, estigmasterol, campesterol, clovane-2β,9α-diol, apigenina 6-C-neohesperidosil-8-C-glucopiranoside, apigenina 6-Cglucopiranosil- 8-C-neohesperidoside, 2 -O-raminosil-vitexina, 2 -O-raminosilisovitexina, vitexina, isovitexina, apigenina 6-C-β-D-glucopiranosil-8-C-(2 -O-α- L-arabinopiranosil-β-D-glucopiranoside), apigenina 6-C-(2 -O-α-Larabinopiranosil- glucopiranosil)-8-C-β-D-glucopiranoside, vicenin-2, schaftoside, neoschaftoside, isoschaftoside e neoisoschaftoside.
