Fútbol Callejero: processos educativos decorrentes de uma motricidade emergente

Resumo: | Based on Epistemologies of the South perspective, this Thesis brings to the field of political-epistemological discussions the Fútbol Callejero (FC). Originated in 2001, at neighborhood Moreno (Buenos Aires-Argentina) it was configured as a methodology of Popular Education when Argentina was going through a deep economic crisis, with impoverished youths being the most affected. Keeping this scenario in mind, popular educator and former soccer player Fábian Ferraro identified the potential of football to bring youth together. His proposal sought to enable participants to incorporate dialogue as a practice for conflict resolution, as well as to encourage their protagonism in the process of fighting for their rights and interests. Thus, the Callejera Methodology present teams composed by boys and girls (mixed); matches played in three periods; the participants make agreements on the rules that will guide each match; in addition to the goals, points are also assigned to attitudes related to Respect, Cooperation and Solidarity (the "pillars" of the FC) and, finally, the replacement of a referee by a Mediator whose function is to facilitate dialogue and reflection about the actions related to each one of the Pillars of the FC to establish collective agreement on the final score of the match. With this knowledge we guided our investigation on FC that was driven in the context of a socio-educational project developed with children and teenagers living in inner city and impoverished neighbourhoods of São Carlos city (countryside of São Paulo state, Brazil). From the qualitative perspective of the Systematization of Experiences method, interfacing with Analética and Phenomenological Reduction we proceeded to participate and register the experience, which occurred in the period between August 2016 and January 2017, in addition to two meetings in December 2017. On those occasions, we participated as educator-researchers, coordinating the mediation moments of FC and diversified experiences on playful motricity (play/ócio/leisure). We documented the experience in 15 field notes that had the full transcription of the participant speeches through video recordings. Our main objective was to identify and comprehend the educational processes emerged from the practice of FC, and the moments that the logic of evaluation of the Pillars inspired the analysis of the coexistence between the participants during the diversified playful motricity. Our process of data analysis culminated in the identification of 3 categories: A) Fútbol Callejero is awesome! B) Callejero’s Care; C) When Callejero is more than football. Based on the analysis, our Thesis is that Fútbol Callejero (born and raised in Argentina - geographical and metaphorical South) has been configured as a Callejera Motricity, emergent and composing Epistemologies of the South, with the potential of being a trans-modern and intercultural project of intervention and acting to articulate against capitalism, patriarchy and colonialism. We hope that our Systematization of Experiences will compose the constellation of knowledge, being able to guide new crossings and new systematizations. |

Atento a este cenário, o educador popular e ex-jogador de futebol Fábian Ferraro identificou o potencial que o futebol possuía para reunir os/as jovens. Sua proposição tratou de possibilitar aos/às participantes a incorporação do diálogo como prática de resolução de conflitos, bem como o incentivar o protagonismo destes/as no processo de luta pelos seus direitos e interesses. Assim, a Metodologia Callejera preconiza a composição de equipes formadas por meninos e meninas (mistas); jogos disputados em 3 tempos; os/as participantes combinam previamente as regras que orientarão cada partida; além dos gols também são atribuídos pontos para atitudes afeitas ao Respeito, à Cooperação e à Solidariedade (“Pilares” do FC) e, por fim, a substituição de um árbitro/a por um/a Mediador/a, cuja função é facilitar o diálogo e reflexão acerca das ações relativas a cada um dos Pilares do FC para estabelecimento de acordo coletivo sobre o placar final do jogo. Com estes saberes SULeamos, nossa investigação acerca do FC foi realizada no contexto de um projeto socioeducativo desenvolvido com crianças e adolescentes moradores/as de bairros periféricos e empobrecidos do município de São Carlos (interior de São Paulo – Brasil). A partir da perspectiva qualitativa do método de Sistematização de Experiências, posto em interfaces com a Analética e a Redução Fenomenológica, procedemos à participação e o registro na/da experiência, que ocorreu no período entre agosto de 2016 a janeiro de 2017, acrescidos de dois encontros em dezembro de 2017. Nesta ocasião, nos inserimos para atuação como educadores-investigadores, coordenando os momentos de Mediação do FC e de vivências diversificadas de motricidades lúdicas (jogo/ócio/lazer). Registramos a experiência através de filmagens que balizaram a confecção de 15 diários contendo a reconstrução da experiência e a transcrição na íntegra das falas dos/as participantes. Nosso objetivo central foi identificar e compreender os processos educativos decorrentes da prática do FC, e dos momentos que a lógica de avaliação dos Pilares inspirou a análise da convivência entre os/as participantes durante as atividades diversificadas de jogo/ócio/lazer. Nosso processo de análise dos dados culminou com a identificação de 3 categorias: A) O Fútbol Callejero é muito da hora!; B) Cuidado Callejero; C) Quando o Callejero é mais que futebol. Com base nas análises, nossa Tese é de que o Fútbol Callejero (nascido e criado na Argentina – Sul geográfico e metafórico) se configurou como uma Motricidade Callejera, emergente e compondo as Epistemologias do Sul, com a potência de estar sendo um projeto trans-moderno e intercultural de intervenção e que atua articuladamente contra o capitalismo, o patriarcado e o colonialismo.
