Resumo: | Objectives: to assess the skills of health professionals in the emergency mobile prehospital service, in Basic Life Support, through realistic simulation. Method: cross-sectional observational analytical study, with a population composed of doctors and nurses from the pre-hospital service. The profile and skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation were evaluated. Results: it was observed that 61.4% of those evaluated obtained a “very good” concept in the initial assessment, 73.7% in chest compressions, 50.9% in ventilations, 84.2% in defibrillation and 54.4% in clearance Airways. The lowest scores were observed in the last season, where 53.8% reported not having participated in courses taken at the service, 30.8% did not participate in courses outside the service. Professional factors such as gender, participation in training, frequency of contact with cardiac arrest, significantly influenced the results of the evaluations. Conclusion: heterogeneity in the results was identified and the need for greater adherence by health professionals to health teaching activities. |

SciELO PreprintsSciELO PreprintsSciELO Preprints2020-11-17info:eu-repo/semantics/preprintinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/preprint/view/145610.1590/SciELOPreprints.1456porhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/article/view/1456/2329Copyright (c) 2020 Álamo Araújo Belém Pereira, Alessandra Vitorino Naghettinihttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess Pereira, Álamo Araújo BelémNaghettini, Alessandra Vitorinoreponame:SciELO Preprintsinstname:SciELOinstacron:SCI2020-11-09T04:27:31Zoai:ops.preprints.scielo.org:preprint/1456Servidor de preprintshttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scieloONGhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/oaiscielo.submission@scielo.orgopendoar:2020-11-09T04:27:31SciELO Preprints - SciELOfalse |
