DIALOGUES BETWEEN EDUCATION, ART AND CULTURAL POLICY IN BRAZIL

Resumo: The intersection between art and education permeates cultural policy in Brazil, so that educational actions are configured as a current phenomenon in cultural institutions. In this work, we aim to reflect on the interrelationships between fruition and pedagogical action in cultural policy through a bibliographic research that mobilizes both authors in the field of cultural policies (CANCLINI, 2019; URFALINO, 2015; RUBIM, 2011 and DURAND, 2013) as well as those who reflect on the overlaps between art and education (HERKENHOFF, 2008b; ZANINI, 2013b, 2013c; LARROSA, 2015; BISHOP, 2012 and HOFF, 2019). To this end, we approach the notion of cultural policy to highlight the links between educational actions and artistic events. Through examples of exhibitions and educational actions, such as the Bienal de São Paulo, the Bienal do Mercosul and initiatives such as the lecture-performance by Grada Kilomba, we discuss the sensitive evocation of certain educational actions, as well as the pedagogical concern of certain exhibitions. We realize, in our conclusions, that cultural policy in Brazil has a strong pedagogical character in its action and that it is not restricted to public service actions, but imbricated in artistic projects. The examples discussed also allowed us to show that the educational processes acted as part of the public's aesthetic experience.

En este trabajo, pretendemos reflexionar sobre las interrelaciones entre fruición y acción pedagógica en política cultural a través de una investigación bibliográfica que moviliza a ambos autores en el campo de las políticas culturales (CANCLINI, 2019; URFALINO, 2015; RUBIM, 2011 y DURAND, 2013) así como aquellos que reflexionan sobre las imbricaciones entre arte y educación (HERKENHOFF, 2008b; ZANINI, 2013b, 2013c; LARROSA, 2015; BISHOP, 2012 y HOFF, 2019). Para ello, nos acercamos a la noción de política cultural para resaltar los vínculos entre las acciones educativas y los eventos artísticos. A través de ejemplos de exposiciones y acciones educativas, como la Bienal de São Paulo, la Bienal do Mercosul e iniciativas como la conferencia-performance de Grada Kilomba, discutimos la convocatoria sensible de ciertas acciones educativas, así como la preocupación pedagógica de ciertas exposiciones. . Nos damos cuenta, en nuestras conclusiones, que la política cultural en Brasil tiene un fuerte carácter pedagógico en su acción y que no está restringida a acciones de servicio público, sino imbricada en proyectos artísticos. Los ejemplos discutidos también permitieron mostrar que los procesos de formación actuaron como parte de la experiencia estética del público.O entrecruzamento entre arte e educação perpassa a política cultural no Brasil, de modo que ações formativas configuram-se como um fenômeno corrente em instituições culturais. Neste trabalho, objetivamos refletir sobre as inter-relações entre fruição e ação pedagógica na política cultural por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que mobiliza tanto autores do campo das políticas culturais (CANCLINI, 2019; URFALINO, 2015; RUBIM, 2011 e DURAND, 2013) quanto aqueles que refletem sobre as imbricações entre arte e educação (HERKENHOFF, 2008b; ZANINI, 2013b, 2013c; LARROSA, 2015; BISHOP, 2012 e HOFF, 2019). Para tanto, abordamos a noção de política cultural para evidenciar os laços entre ações educativas e acontecimentos artísticos. Por meio de exemplos de mostras e ações educativas, tais como a Bienal de São Paulo, a Bienal do Mercosul e iniciativas como a palestra-performance de Grada Kilomba, discutimos a convocação sensível de certas ações educativas, assim como a preocupação pedagógica de determinadas exposições. Percebemos, em nossas conclusões, que a política cultural no Brasil tem um forte caráter pedagógico em sua ação e que não está restrita às atuações do serviço público, mas imbricadas em projetos artísticos.
