Resumo: | Regarding the families, 27 families were recorded, among which the families with the highest representativeness were: Merismopediaceae (22 taxa), Oscillatoriaceae (17 taxa), Microcystaceae and Microcoleaceae (both with 13 taxa each). Among the Cyanobacteria taxa compiled from the literature (60 taxa), 63.33% occurred exclusively in continental waters; 8.33% were recorded exclusively in estuaries; and 28.33% occurred both in continental waters and in estuaries. Among the taxa referenced in the herbaria collections, only 1 species is considered exclusively marine-estuarine, the others, all of which come from samples of continental waters. |

SciELO PreprintsSciELO PreprintsSciELO Preprints2023-01-23info:eu-repo/semantics/preprintinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/preprint/view/542110.1590/2236-8906-36/2022porhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/article/view/5421/10458Copyright (c) 2023 Daniela Santana Nuneshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessNunes, Daniela Santanareponame:SciELO Preprintsinstname:Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO)instacron:SCI2023-01-23T18:05:53Zoai:ops.preprints.scielo.org:preprint/5421Servidor de preprintshttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scieloONGhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/oaiscielo.submission@scielo.orgopendoar:2023-01-23T18:05:53SciELO Preprints - Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO)false |
