Resumo:  The article analyzes the disputes over the appropriation of the meanings of risk by a section of the population that is subject to removal in order to carry out macro-drainage work on the Ribeirão do Onça and then the construction of a Linear Park on the site. It will be possible to discuss how the insertion of infrastructure projects of an environmental nature can unfold in the production of urban space, which can lead to the emergence of new inequalities and risks or deepen existing ones. The aim is not to deny the urgency of implementing infrastructures, services and access to a healthy environment in an equal way in the lives of citizens, but to visualize how the effort to implement linear and urban parks has become relevant to urban management and can represent a reorientation of public policies in Brazilian cities.

Será posible discutir cómo la inserción de proyectos de infraestructura ambiental puede desplegarse en la producción del espacio urbano, potencialmente provocando el surgimiento de nuevas desigualdades y riesgos o la profundización de los existentes. El objetivo no es negar la urgencia de implementar infraestructuras, servicios y acceso a un ambiente saludable de manera igualitaria en la vida de los ciudadanos, sino visualizar cómo el esfuerzo por implementar parques lineales y urbanos ha cobrado relevancia para la gestión urbana y puede representar una reorientación de las políticas públicas en las ciudades brasileñas.O artigo analisa as disputas em relação à apropriação dos significados de risco por parte de um recorte da população que está sujeita à remoção para a realização de uma obra de macrodrenagem no Ribeirão do Onça e em posterior a construção de um Parque Linear no local. Será possível discutir como a inserção de projetos de infraestrutura de cunho ambiental podem se desdobrar na produção do espaço urbano, podendo ocasionar o surgimento de novas desigualdades e riscos ou aprofundamento dos existentes.
