SCHOOL FOR ALL? WHAT STUDIES SAY ABOUT EDUCATION FOR TRANSGENDER PEOPLE

Resumo: | The present study is a literature review on the topic of schooling of trans people. This is a survey of productions published in the period from 2015 to 2020 in the Journals Portal of the Coordination of Superior Level Staff Improvement (CAPES) and in the Scientific Electronic Library Online - (SciELO). It was used the technical rigor of the Prisma protocol in the selection process of the analyzed material and 28 articles were selected and studied in full. It was verified the prevalence of the qualitative approach as the study method most used by researchers on the theme. The results show the researchers’ concern with the lack of actions and effectiveness of public policies in dealing with the violence that prevent a very high number of trans people from completing their school career. Furthermore, despite the significant increase in the number of productions about the trans people's schooling, there is still a lack of production on the theme, especially in the area of psychology. |

Se trata de una búsqueda de producciones publicadas de 2015 a 2020 en el Portal de Revistas de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior (CAPES) y en la Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea - (SciELO). Se utilizó el rigor técnico del protocolo del Prisma en el proceso de selección del material analizado y han sido seleccionados y estudiados integralmente 28 artículos. Existe un predominio del enfoque cualitativo como el método de estudio más utilizado por los investigadores sobre el tema. Los resultados muestran la preocupación de los investigadores por la falta de acciones y efectividad de las políticas públicas en el abordaje de la violencia que impide un número muy elevado de personas trans de concluir su carrera escolar. Además, a pesar del aumento significativo en el número de producciones sobre la educación de las personas transgénero, aún falta producción sobre el tema, especialmente en el área de la psicologia.RESUMO: O presente estudo é uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema escolarização de pessoas trans. Trata-se de um levantamento das produções publicadas no período de 2015 a 2020 no Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) e na Scientific Electronic Library Online - (SciELO). Foi utilizado o rigor técnico do protocolo Prisma no processo de seleção do material analisado e 28 artigos foram selecionados e estudados na íntegra. Verifica-se a prevalência da abordagem qualitativa como método de estudo mais utilizado pelos investigadores da temática. Os resultados explicitam a preocupação dos pesquisadores com a falta de ações e efetividade das políticas públicas em fazer frente às violências que impedem um altíssimo número de pessoas trans de concluírem o percurso escolar. Além disso, apesar do significativo aumento no número de produções sobre escolarização de pessoas trans, ainda há carência de produção acerca da temática, sobretudo na área da psicologia.
