FIRST JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHING EXPERIENCES IN A LANGUAGE CENTER FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GRADUATES

Resumo: This article portrays the development of teachers of Japanese as a foreign language in an Extension Program at UNESP, designated as the Center for Languages and Teacher Development (CLDP). Within the scope of activities on the UNESP-Assis campus, we seek to understand how the graduates of the Portuguese/Japanese Language course who worked at CLDP during their graduation describe and reflect on their first teaching experiences in this Extension Program. We start from our belief that the CLDP is configured as a third space in the processes of initial teacher education. The investigation was methodologically based on the assumptions of qualitative research, more specifically, a case study. The data collected and analyzed (history of Japanese language classes instituted in the program from its opening in 2010 to 2018 and interviews with graduates) showed that for the graduates participating in the research, the CLDP is considered an essential initial teacher training space for the current configuration of the Literature course on the campus of Assis, as it allows these future teachers to work in an environment that materializes the real classroom.

En el ámbito de las actividades del campus UNESP-Assis, buscamos comprender cómo los egresados del curso de Lengua Portuguesa / Japonesa que trabajaron en CLDP durante su graduación describen y reflexionan sobre sus primeras experiencias docentes en este Programa de Extensión. Partimos de nuestra convicción de que el CLDP se configura como un tercer espacio en los procesos de formación inicial del profesorado. La investigación se basó metodológicamente en los supuestos de la investigación cualitativa, más específicamente, un estudio de caso. Los datos recabados y analizados (historia de las clases de japonés instituidas en el programa desde su apertura en 2010 a 2018 y entrevistas a egresados) mostraron que para los egresados que participan en la investigación, el CLDP se considera un espacio de formación inicial docente imprescindible para la actualidad. configuración del curso de Literatura en el campus de Assis, ya que permite a estos futuros profesores trabajar en un entorno que materializa el aula real.O presente artigo retrata o desenvolvimento de professores de japonês como língua estrangeira em um Programa de Extensão da UNESP, designado como Centro de Línguas e Desenvolvimento de Professores (CLDP). No âmbito das atividades do câmpus da UNESP-Assis, buscamos compreender de que forma os egressos do curso de Letras Português/Japonês que atuaram no CLDP durante sua graduação descrevem e refletem acerca de suas primeiras experiências docentes nesse Programa de Extensão. Partimos da ideia de que o CLDP configura-se como um terceiro espaço nos processos de formação inicial docente. A investigação baseou-se metodologicamente nos pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa, mais especificamente, um estudo de caso.
