Of the events that occurred in the Demonstrations and Protests, in the Puno Region on January 9, 2023. In which the main objective was to analyze the causes and circumstances in which the deaths occurred, as a result of the demonstrations and protests. It is not about forcing guilt, but about clarifying in an impartial and objective manner the why of the deaths? Specify the crimes that the armed forces may have committed and classify them appropriately. The work was based on the twenty deaths that occurred that fateful day, and the number of injured, which were quoted approximately, since many of the injured were treated in private health establishments. The circumstances in which the deaths occurred were analyzed, emphasizing the causes of death individually; the majority of which were due to gunshot wounds, according to: “Necropsy Report”, and data and documentation collected from relatives of the victims, as well as from the media and specialized websites.
