THE RUBRIC IN THE TEACHING AAND LEARNING PROCESS IN EDUCATIONAL PLATFORMS

Resumo: Rubrics are essential tools for an objective evaluation, promote autonomous and reflective learning, key in the development of competencies. The objective of the review was to analyze the scientific literature on the use of rubrics to assess students through virtual educational platforms at different levels and careers in educational institutions and their impact on the teaching and learning process in the period 2018-2022. A systematic review was conducted under PRISMA guidelines. Databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO and Science Direct were consulted, initially identifying 127 articles. Using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, focusing on relevance, methodological quality and timeliness, 19 articles were selected for detailed analysis. The results showed a significant increase in research on rubrics at different educational levels and a growing interest in their use as formative assessment tools. It was concluded that rubrics are fundamental for a dynamic, active and directed interaction in the educational process, promoting autonomous and reflective learning that contributed to the development of competencies. The review provides a comprehensive understanding of the current status and effectiveness of rubrics in virtual education

El objetivo de la revisión efectuada fue analizar la literatura científica sobre el uso de rúbricas para evaluar a los estudiantes a través de plataformas educativas virtuales en los diferentes niveles y carreras en las instituciones educativas en el período 2018-2022. Se realizó una revisión sistemática bajo las directrices PRISMA. Se consultaron bases de datos como Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO y Science Direct, identificando inicialmente 127 artículos. Mediante criterios estrictos de inclusión y exclusión, centrados en la relevancia, calidad metodológica y actualidad, se seleccionaron 19 artículos para un análisis detallado. Los resultados mostraron un aumento significativo en la investigación sobre rúbricas en diferentes niveles educativos y un interés creciente en su uso como herramientas de evaluación formativa. Se concluyó que las rúbricas son fundamentales para una interacción dinámica, activa y dirigida en el proceso educativo, al promover un aprendizaje autónomo y reflexivo que contribuyó al desarrollo de competencias. La revisión proporciona una comprensión integral del estado actual y la efectividad de las rúbricas en la educación virtual.As rubricas, ferramentas essenciais para a avaliação objetiva, promovem uma aprendizagem autónoma e reflexiva, fundamental para o desenvolvimento de competências. O objetivo da revisão realizada foi analisar a produção científica sobre a utilização de rubricas para avaliação de alunos por meio de plataformas educacionais virtuais de diferentes níveis e carreiras em instituições de ensino no período 2018-2022. Uma revisão sistemática foi conduzida sob as diretrizes PRISMA. Foram consultadas bases de dados como Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO e Science Direct, identificando-se inicialmente 127 artigos. Utilizando critérios rígidos de inclusão e exclusão, focados na relevância, qualidade metodológica e atualidade, foram selecionados 19 artigos para análise detalhada. Os resultados mostraram um aumento significativo na investigação sobre rubricas em diferentes níveis educativos e um interesse crescente na sua utilização como ferramentas de avaliação formativa. Concluiu-se que as rubricas são fundamentais para uma interação dinâmica, ativa e direcionada no processo educativo, ao promoverem aprendizagens autónomas e reflexivas que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de competências.
