Resumo: From 1995/96 up to 1999/00, in Passo Fundo, RS, Brazil, crop production systems including winter and summer annual pasture under no-tillage were assessed. Six production systems were evaluated: system I (wheat/ soybean, black oats + common vetch pasture/com); system II (wheat/soybean, black oats + common vetch + ryegrass pasture/corn); system III (wheat/soybean, black oats + common vetch pasture/pearl millet pasture); system IV (wheat/soybean, black oats + common vetch + ryegrass pasture/pear) millet pasture), system V (wheat/soybean, white black/soybean, and oats + common vetch pasture/pearl millet pasture); and system VI (wheat/soybean, white black/soybean, and black oats + common vetch + ryegrass pasture/pear) millet). Two types of analysis were applied to the net return of production systems: mean-variance and risk analyses. The systems 1 and II presented h igher net return per hectare by the mean-variance analysis. The system II was the best production system to be offered as alternative to the farmers for profit and lower risk standpoints by the stochastic dominance analysis.

No período de 1995/96 a 1999/00, foram avaliados sistemas de produção de grãos envolvendo pastagens anuais de inverno e de verão, sob plantio direto, em Passo Fundo, RS. Seis sistemas de produção de grãos foram avaliados: sistema I (trigo/soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca/milho); sistema II (trigo/soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca + azevém/milho); sistema III (trigo/soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca/pastagem de milheto); sistema IV (trigo/soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca + azevéin/pastagern de milheto); sistema V (trigo/soja, aveia branca/ soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca/ pastagem de milheto); e sistema VI (trigo/soja, aveia branca/soja e pastagem de aveia preta + ervilhaca + azevém/pastagem de milheto). O delineamento experimen- tal foi em blocos ao acaso, com quatro repetições. Foram aplicados a receita líquida dois tipos de análise nos sistemas de produção: análise da média variância e análise de risco. Pela análise da média variância, os sistemas I e II apresentaram receita líquida, por hectare, mais elevada.
