Summary: The objective of this work was to evaluate the reaction of maize hybrids of Programa Milho®, obtained from crosses between commercial cultivars to P. polysora, on so il with different levels of phosphorus at Estação Experimental the Gurupi, Brazil, Federal University of Tocantins. In conclusion: variability was observed about the reaction of genotypes in relation to P. Polysora, suggesting that there are sources of resistance for the genetic control of this disease; high input, when compared with low input, increased the incidence of P. polysora in any stages the plant development.
