Resumo: In the 2010/2011 growing season, 16 corn cultivars with early cicle and 12 with very early cicle were cultivated in eigth environments in Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil, in order to evaluate the serial agronomic performance of the in- dicated cultivars. In the two network trial, the experimental design was randomized blocks, with three replications. Density was adjusted to 60.000 plants per hectare. It was measured phenologic and phenometric characteristics and grains yield with moisture disposed to 13 %. Concerning to grain yield, the early cicle cultivar 30F36 (11.140 kg ha–1), DKB 245 (10.847 kg ha–1), and DKB177 (10.665 kg ha–1) surpassed the general mean (9.841 kg ha–1). The very early cicle cultivar BM 911 (9.097 kg ha–1), 32R48 (8.755 kg ha–1), and PMS 3919 (8.808 kg ha–1), surpassed the general mean (8.592 kg ha–1).
