Resumo: Introduction: infants' skin is immature and when in direct and continuous contact with irritating agents, such as feces and urine, they can develop Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis, one of the most common complications in pediatrics. Objective: to identify recommended care in the literature for the treatment of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis in pediatrics. Method: integrative review searching for articles in nine databases from 2017 to 2023. The results were organized according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyse. Results: nine articles were selected and showed that the treatment of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis is related to the periodic change of frequent diapers, perianal hygiene with water and cotton or the use of an appropriate wet wipe, in addition to ointment or skin protective cream. Considerations: even without a consensus on the best treatment, scientific evidence recommends maintaining dry and clean skin, associated with reducing contact time with irritating agents.

Os resultados foram organizados conforme o Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyse.
